peace - now i see
When storms come where do you set your eyes?
Do you get busy looking at the facts and the reality of your circumstance? Or do you set your eyes on Jesus and remind yourself of the truth?
When you are in the presence of Jesus, storms within and without must bow to his name, Prince of Peace. This does't always mean things around you change, but it does mean the fear, anxiety, or tormenting noise must "Be Still". For He commands even the winds and waves in your life.
So, next time you are out at sea in the middle of a treacherous storm, set your eyes on Jesus and His truth and remind yourself of all He promises you. Peace, BE Still.
