Learning to rest in God's presence, remaining in Him, seems to be a fairly big deal to God. So big that God declared in Genesis 2:3 the seventh day as Holy, set apart from, because He rested.
When we seek God we are promised rest. In God there is an endless source of peace and strength made available to us through Holy Spirit. In Him we are set free from striving, fear and anxiety. His presence living within us is able to sustains us, carry us and strengthen us to endure, persevere and overcome. So how do we Rest in Him?
