real lives not superheroes
This is a short series of talks looking at the lives of a few people in the bible. We all love a good story don’t we? They can grip us, entertain us and enlighten us and the bible is full of good stories about real people. Fairy tales are not real life, fables may have a moral tale to tell but aren’t real either and super heroes only defeat the villains by a super power or ability. God wants us to grow in confidence in His nature and develop deep unshakeable roots in Him. These stories can illuminate, enable and grow us in our own journey with Jesus. May they inspire you to believe God for even greater things yet to come in your own life.
